Dear MotionWorks Family,
This has been a fantastic month of September, not only for weather, but for Wisconsin sports teams! It’s hard to ignore an admittedly unexpected 3-0 start to the Green Bay Packers regular season given their lackluster pre-season and brand new, young head coach. But wow- what a defense, and maybe even a running game. Now let’s see if Aaron Rodgers can keep up. And what about Wisconsin football? It helps to have a Heisman favorite as your running back, but that Michigan game this weekend was not even close. Feels so good. And those Milwaukee Brewers are at it again! It was as if Christian Yelich’s patella fracture that has taken him out for the past several weeks actually inspired the second year straight of an awesome September run of wins! We’ll see what happens, but it’s not out of the question for them to overtake the Cardinals as Central Division Champions. Either way, another Brewtober filled with post-season baseball is quite the treat in Wisconsin!
September is a special month for a few other reasons as well. It carries the banner as the month to spread the word for screenings for prostate cancer, as well as awareness for atrial fibrillation or Afib, and as fall injury prevention month.
